GUIAPOLIS aims to be a useful place for all those individuals, travel agencies, tour operators, companies, associations, schools… looking for a professional guide, the most comfortable way to visit and get to know in depth monuments, museums or places of interest.
From our site you can hire the services of an official guide, reserve different shows, find out about the main monuments, find accommodation.
Our field of action is focused, for now, in some Spanish cities, where we have professional guides who collaborate in this project, little by little we will be expanding our offer not only nationally but also internationally.
All the guides that collaborate in this project are official guides authorized by the competent authorities of their respective Autonomous Communities.
3. OBLIGATION TO MAKE CORRECT USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES.
The User undertakes to use the Site and the Services in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, as well as with generally accepted morals and good customs and public order. The User undertakes to refrain from using the Site and the Services for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to what is established in these General Conditions, prejudicial to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Site and the Services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Site and the Services by the Users.

12. DURATION AND TERMINATION.

Guiapolis. com, however, is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the service of the Site and/or any of the Services at any time, without prejudice to what has been provided in the corresponding Special Conditions. Whenever reasonably possible, Guiapolis. com shall give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the provision of the service of the website and the other Services.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Guiapolis. com and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, are subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city where the service is developed for any dispute that may arise from the provision of services and sale of products subject of these General Conditions. Buyers resident in the territory of the European Union are subject to payment of value added tax and other applicable taxes.
